  • Episode 9 - The Singularity (Future-Tech)
Changing the world for the better can only come through us being aware of our power to make a difference, where our collective consciousness helps us paint a better world both with the awareness of the power of exponential technology and the power of our mind.

  • Episode 8 - Just Be
When you're caught in a rat race and consumed by our material world, we loose the essence of ourselves to ego and survival. Just be, is a message that love is to be felt, fully and truly, it leaves a mark in time in a lovers mind, and that lover is not exclusive to a romantic partner, it can also be YOU. You can love yourself when the time comes to and you feel detached from the world, we can return home to us, ourselves, within, whenever we want, it is a choice, a conscious choice at first that should innately become the subconscious habit; hence we will never feel alone, we will be whole.

  • Episode 7 - Road to Ithaki by Cavafy
Thank you Constantine for dedicating this poem to me before I took off into the unknown. Much love. Road to IthakiAs you set out for Ithakihope your road is a long one, full of adventure, full of discovery.Laistrygonians, Cyclops, angry Poseidon—don’t be afraid of them:you’ll never find things like that on your wayas long as you keep your thoughts raised high,as long as a rare excitementstirs your spirit and your body.Laistrygonians, Cyclops, wild Poseidon—you won’t encounter themunless you bring them along inside your soul, unless your soul sets them up in front of you.Hope your road is a long one.May there be many summer mornings when, with what pleasure, what joy,you enter harbors you’re seeing for the first time;may you stop at Phoenician trading stationsto buy fine things, mother of pearl and coral, amber and ebony, sensual perfume of every kind—as many sensual perfumes as you can;and may you visit many Egyptian citiesto learn and go on learning from their scholars.Keep Ithaki always in your mind.Arriving there is what you’re destined for.But don’t hurry the journey at all.Better if it lasts for years,so you’re old by the time you reach the island, wealthy with all you’ve gained on the way,not expecting Ithaki to make you rich.Ithaki gave you the marvelous journey.Without her you wouldn't have set out.She has nothing left to give you now.And if you find her poor, Ithaki won’t have fooled you.Wise as you will have become, so full of experience, you’ll have understood by then what these Ithakis mean.

  • Episode 6 - A tribute to Khalil Gibran
"Tenderness and kindness are not signs of weakness and despair, but manifestations of strength and resolution." On the 6th of Jan, Khalil Gibran would be 137 years old, instead he died at 48 just when he had achieved literary fame on "both sides of the Atlantic Ocean" due to his work on the book The Prophet.

  • Episode 5 - Return to Love
Lesson of every lifetime. Return to love. Love is the answer for everything. When taking a decision on what path to take, see whether you are taking it from a place of love or fear. If it is the latter, wait, because your reasons to act are coming from a lower energy vibration and can cloud your judgement, ie, you may agree to do something for the wrong reasons; ie. because you are scared. Return to love to help guide you.

  • Episode 4 - Wonder Years
I consider the Wonder Years, the time in our lives when we have an epiphany on who we are and who we want to be, looking at the grand scheme of things. When we don't just live to exist but live for purpose. Everything all of a sudden feels different, the smallest experiences seem so much richer and you have a burst of joy at the very thought of being alive.

  • Episode 3 - North of Happy
Happier than happy or north of happy is when you can rely on yourself to be a source of joy even during your most difficult times. When you can look inside and know you are safe. That's pure happiness, because even though you may feel altering emotions, returning home is always accessible if you are willing to exercise the practice.

  • Episode 2 - Into the Darkness
Into the darkness we go, into the light we come is a poem on transformation to emerge a greater version of ourselves after emotionally impactful moments in our lives; it's about transformation. Transformation is about being willing to unlearn & let go of the old-self to emerge as the new-self you have always wanted to be, to step out of the darkness into the light.

  • Episode 1 - Magic
If all there was and all there is, is what meets the naked eye, then how boring the world we live in, don't you think? To not see, does not mean, to not believe. There are particles and waves also known as energy. Descarts the 15th century scientist, studied matter and religion has always been mind. And hence science and spirituality (laws of energy and power of the mind) have always been separated. We're conditioned to look at matter around us. E=mc2 energy and matter is related. Einstein believed there was more to the basic newtonian lawn

  • Intro – What’s this all about?
    My dear listeners,
Do you feel you move too quickly through this world? Pushing to achieve 'that somewhere in the distance' source of happiness, and ultimately racing to get somewhere big so at some point in the future when you're old and grey you can say 'you did it!'
I was one of those people. A woman in the 21st century on a mission to claim the status of being fiercely independent, which I did... until I turned inward to see why I did what I did and why I felt what I felt. My desire to seek the truth of our existence and what we could really do to influence the greater good, resulted in the universe beautifully presenting me with synchronicities that have changed my life.
Poetic bursts of flow on life, our world and our truth.
Could you move slower and enjoy the ride while you're at it and get the same results quicker? These are thoughts I chase in my quest for the truth and have gotten closer to a more wholesome understanding.
I now choose to savor and record the flavor of those moments that catch me in awe, and leave me with a feeling of deep emotion. I now choose to spend time in the stillness than in the race. Having said that, I now have a great yearning to share my understanding of this world and our truth as I feel it, in the now, though poetry. These are contemplations of life through my own emotional and intellectual journey and bursts of poetic flow of knowledge presented to me by people I admire, scientists, artists, and spiritual-gurus around the world who were put on my path to find the one truth.
I record daily moments through words and voice so you can feel them; for what is life if you don't allow yourself to feel.
    Enjoy the podcast.
    Much Love,
    Ann. xxx
