Having PTSD (more CPTSD) I suffer flashbacks and night terrors always being promised help/support and never really getting it or having those promises retracted

This is a re - recording that I've done of the same poem because the original one was recorded just after I wrote it after waking up from a flashback / night terror and although my emotions were very evident it was also very quiet and could hardly be heard

I wrote this for Newport navy club in Shropshire ...it hangs on the wall inside on canvas
