As a child Louise witnessed domestic violence. Later on in life she lost her mom to a rare form of cancer. Through her words, either as a Journalist, then a teacher now a Poet and Performer, she has transformed her pain into grace and kindness and is now working as a Play Therapist and Bereavement specialist for children who have lost parents.

She performs a brilliant piece called "No Anagram In I".

About his experience of being a black man in a country that is predominantly white and about being a muslim.

He tells young artists who hesitate to put their work out there: don't be afraid to fail, everyone was an amateur at first.

He’s a poet, lyrical essayist, and screenplay writer. He says, having achieved all your goals, and ticked all the boxes, the toughest question we have to face is "Who am I?' How do we connect with ourselves in such a result oriented, marketing and media driven world? We talk about that, and facing our shadows,  how Armand learned through difficult moments that he needn't struggle to find the masculine within - it was already there, Also talking about the myth of the Minotaur and Armand's new book.

Veera Laine, from Finland, is a primary school teacher with a deep love for poetry and all things of the soul.
