Baba Muktananda, a renowned yoga master, said:”Your mind can be your worst enemy or your best friend.” Poems in this episode are inspired by our recent trip to New Zealand's Sub-Antartic Islands, Florida's South West Shore and Grand Cypress Park, and the Blue Moon in October 2020.

When poetry speaks to me it reveals and uncovers the truth. So I have to honestly write poetry from my heart as well as my mind and reveal what is my truth.
