What small, simple moment in your life could you choose to savor more fully, and how might it bring you a deeper sense of joy?

Sam says: Sometimes we rush through life and miss out on the beauty of the moment, even when it’s right in front of us. Taking a second to really appreciate the sweetness of the small moments, is a celebration of life’s small but powerful pleasures.
