I'm a Zambian. My name's Chitendwe Chioza (she/her) but most people struggle pronouncing my full names, so I also go by Tende C.

I mostly write to declutter my mind . Most of my work is based by life experiences and shaping negative emotions into something beautiful so I don't dwell on pain as much. I started writing, or should I say journaling to combat personal issues with depression and anxiety. Along the way, I realized I'm actually a wonderful writer.
