Poiheads

Thought your new trick was revolutionary? Rob Thorburn is here to ruin your day because apparently, ALL POI was invented between 2000 and 2007 (this tagline was carefully engineered to rage bait you into watching this episode, Rob's word might have been misconstrued to such effect🙄👀😈)

In this Live episode of the Poiheads Podcast recorded at the BJC (British Juggling Convention) we will talk with Rob "Bluecat" Thorburn about learning poi before youtube was a thing, how to setup a great show line up and why rivalry might kill community

When I started playing with Poi, I stumbled upon a video of Jay Gilligan talking about juggling. It blew my mind back then, and changed the way I approached learning with Poi.

My mind was blown again when he accepted to have a chat with us for the podcast: Jay is one of the mind that shaped modern juggling, and we are so happy to share our chat with you guys!
