On this episode of They Walk Among America… In August 1997, the local police received a tip-off from concerned acquaintances and family members of a wealthy widow who had not been seen around town for quite some time. After assisting the missing woman's estranged son in assuming guardianship of the enormous property on the outskirts of town, the Sheriff's deputies were able to gain access to the house. Once inside, they could see that the house appeared to have been empty for months as mail dating back to the previous year had accumulated, and food inside the fridge had been expired since November…
