06/11/25: Joel Heitkamp is joined in the KFGO studio by the Fargo Police Chief, Dave Zibolski. He has served since the end of 2020 and has a department of 192 sworn and 28 civilian staff. He joins Joel to talk about a video of Fargo police officers getting punched going viral, and how his staff are trained in situations like this.
