A deep dive into components of this program reveal it to be Critical Race Theory packaged under a different name. The Coordinator Handbook and Resource Guide reads as a community organizer’s social justice operations manual. Lou Ann discusses this and other information pulled from the NPFH website. TISD is currently asking voters to approve $174.9 million in bond packages which, with interest, will land closer to $260 million. When added to existing debt ($264.7 million), the new debt would basically double school taxpayers’ financial liability.
