This week Tim interviewed Dr. David Gushee and essentially covered two topics including American Evangelicalism and their entanglement with the Republican Party and LGBTQ affirmation and inclusion in the church. Rob and Jordan do join Tim after the interview to briefly discuss their thoughts of the interview.While we understand these are both topics that provoke emotional responses, we wanted to have Dr. Gushee on to present a view that is different from the “traditional view” and begin a dialogue at the very least.
