Today was just a rollercoaster of emotions. Join me as I talk about my recent paic/anxiety attacks and how to turn your negative day into a positive one. What do you do to help ease you?

Thank you for allowing me to have this open space and share it with all of you. Today's episode dives into the moments when we cry and don't allow ourselves to share what we feel, but instead hide it. Those tears come from not living the life you want to live. Let go and let God. 

In this first episode you will hear an introduction to the purpose of this podcast and why I finally found the will to begin this self-discovery journey. I will also dive into the first topic: Perfectionism. This term is seen as negative and positive, an omen per say, but which is it really a portal for?
