In this episode I talk about 5 Christian principles that I explored in a training event. There are many principles of Christian faith, these 5 though are pretty important in my opinion for everyone.

In this episode we look at what the Christian calling is. It is not always so simple, nor complex, but it is involved. What are you being called to do or say?
Scriptural reference: Mark 6:1-13, Psalm 123, 2 Corinthians 12:2-10, Ezekiel 2:1-5

In this short episode, I talk about history. Often, there is a division between religious and secular history timelines. What if they crossed? They do often but it is not often talked about. Should I say more?

In this episode I interview Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Andrea Rasdale. We explore some fundamentals of psychology as well as talk about the perceptions around our language and word choices. We also just explore some interesting ways in which psychology can deepen our understanding of faith, community and the choices we make.
Dr. Rasdale has been studying psychology for over a decade. Dr. Rasdale has great reels where she challenges our understanding and perceptions. You can check her out on Instagram @talkinpsychwithdocraz

I address the Depp Vs. Heard trial and give some thoughts on what this means as Christians and the future of the American political system. I do not support either Depp or Heard, but as Christians we have to ask what our what our actions and reactions to this spectacle means.
Note: This episode is a long string of thought, so it is not as polished as some of my other episodes. This episode was also inspired in part by @speechprof over on Instagram. Go follow him when you are there and listen to his perspective.

In this episode we talk with Dr. Andrea Rasdale, a clinical psychologist. Dr. Rasdale has over a decade's experience studying and practicing psychology. She talks with us today about mental health and selfcare, especially in the wake of tragedy and emotionally charged events. Dr. Rasdale also talks briefly about the stigma that sometimes comes with the terms, mental health and selfcare in our society.
Note: My mic acted up during the interview, I want to apologize now. Dr. Rasdale though still delivers some great information and steps to take towards selfcare and guarding your mental health.
You can follow Dr. Rasdale on Instagram to learn more about selfcare and mental heath. https://www.instagram.com/talkinpsychwithdocraz/

In this episode we look at Acts 11:1-18, and explore the question posed in verse 17, "who was I that I could stand in the way of God?"
In a world of divisions and lines, where do we stand in relation to God and overwhelming Gospel message of Love, and to love everyone?
