Today I sit down with Head Coach of Results Based Training, Kirsty. We talk (a lot) about dieting, body image and all else in between. A light hearted conversation about finding balance on how we look at diet and exercise.

Most of us, have been on the dieting roller coaster in one way or another! Well I know that a lot of people I talk to have... how old were you when you went on your first diet? Today I speak with my friend Sarah who shares about her amazing weight loss journey; but also the trap we can find ourselves in when, it comes to diets.
