Episode 1:In this episode I shared my journey in working with Women. Where I came from, what led me to find my purpose and passion in my life. I discuss how I followed my Intuition, even when it was uncomfortable. I feel that each step took me to the next. "You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take one step at a time."Episode 2:In this episode I talked about Mindset & Alignment. When we are feeling stuck, or like we aren't moving in the direction we want to, it's often because we aren't clear in our Values. Our Mindset sets the tone for how we see the World. This is where we take inventory and align to our core Values.Episode 3:This Episode is all about Somatic work like Reiki and Rebirthing Breathwork! I get into what they are, why it is important to do work for our bodies, to move energy, to get into our parasympathetic nervous system (rest) and how they can release us from emotions and baggage that is ready to be released!Episode 4:In episode 4, I discuss Intuition. When is it fear, when is it our gut?I also discuss practical tools to get you grounded and to still the mind (where your inner knowing resides)I share some of the ways I tune inward to allow space for my own inner voice to come through.Episode 5:This episode is about embodiment. It is who we must BE or Become.It is being present in our bodies. We often know who we want to be, but our actions are mis-matched, and we are out of alignment. What does it look like to "act as if"?  I give practical examples in this episode so that you may see yourself and how you can create the identity of the person you desire to be.Episode 6:This episode is about Manifesting and how it ties into aligned action. "What you seek also seeks you." Sometimes we need to look at our life and what reality we are experiencing. We attract our reality, good or bad. This simple realization can be life changing as we see old patterns die away so we live a life in congruency with our vision.Episode 7:This episode is my FAV! This modality is life changing. Knowing a few key parts of your own unique Human Design can leap you forward, it can be affirming, it can assist you in how to live life on a day-to-day basis. I briefly touch on Energy Type (how you are designed to use your energy), Strategy (how you are designed to respond) and Profile (how you see yourself and how other see you). In this episode I go into a little background of what Human Design is, where it originates. When I discovered Human Design I couldn't get enough of it. I felt so seen, I felt confirmation on things like how I make decisions, how my energy is best utilized and in how I show up in the World.

I discuss some of the most important elements to start with in Human Design such as your Type, Strategy and Profile.

Let this be a little introduction to peak your interest, I can't wait to integrate this into my work with Women!

In the episode I talk about my favourite topic - Manifesting and how it ties into aligned action. What you seek also seeks you, sometimes we need to take stock and look at our life and what reality we are living in. We are attracting that reality- good or bad. What actions are we not taking? What opportunities are we missing? There are so many pieces to the puzzle and I’m so here for it! I’d love to hear your fav part!

In this episode I discuss what Reiki is, why it’s important work and why I do it! I also give a brief description of Rebirthing Breathwork and again, why it’s important work. Simply operating from the mind isn’t enough, we need to shift energy in the body. So much unprocessed emotions and old “stuff” resides there that we want to move and create more space.
