Join me in a wide-ranging interview with our amazing Legislative District 41 Representative, My-Linh Thai.
Rep. Thai was born in 1968 in Vietnam, and fled to the United States in 1983 as a refugee from the Vietnam War while still 15. Rep. Thai graduated from the prestigious UW school of pharmacy, becoming a practicing pharmacist before moving with her family to Bellevue in 2008. In 2018, she was elected to our own 41st legislative district in the Washington State House, winning reelection in 2020, 2022, and 2024, being the first refugee elected to serve in the Washington House of Representatives. Rep. Thai also serves as Deputy Majority Leader of the House Democratic Caucus and on the Appropriations, Judiciary, Healthcare, and Rules committees.
Happy Holidays! The New Year has plenty more in stock for the show - more interviews, more info, and more learning!
