In this conversation, Sophie and I speak about our mutual project: Hypnotic Sound Journeys.
In this project, we combine improvised ambient music and guided dream journeys. These journeys take the participants to a safe place inside of them and support them in developing more trust in themselves and in life. The music made with synthesizers, guitar, field recordings, and healing frequencies supports this process.
Sophie-Charlotte Adler is a psychologist, hypnotherapist, author, researcher who specializes in working with altered states of consciousness. She developed KAH Ketamine Assisted Hypnotherapy and trains professionals how to work with KAH and Hypnosis. Her book "Altered States of Consciousness - New Paths in Psychotherapy? The Potential of the Psychoactive Substance Psilocybin" was published by Carl Auer in 2020. If you have had challenging experiences in altered states Sophie can support you to integrate them therapeutically. She offers therapy and hypnosis sessions online, via phone, or in Berlin.
