Vanessa Nauman is a somatic therapist, a creative catalyst, a speaker, and a sound artist. Originally from Germany, she has lived in Portugal for the last six years. We discuss, amongst other things, why she chose Portugal all those years ago, after an ocean experience. Vanessa shares all the things she loves about authentic Portuguese culture and people, and how important it is for foreigners to connect and be open to these things. She also talks about her life in Lisbon, how the city has changed over the years, how easy it is to connect with nature and why she considers Portugal her "cocoon".
