#186// You're not for "everyone," Sister. Nobody is. So if you're trying to sell to everyone, you'll wind up selling to no one. It's powerful to be able to identify and speak directly to the ones God has called you to serve.

As you're out here building big and beautiful things with and for God, it is so important to know WHO you're called to serve through your business or ministry. God put the idea in your heart, and He's giving you the grace to do #allthethings, but He also wants to help you get particularly focused on the people you're meant to be serving.

The facts, features and specs you share with people about the product or service you offer may give them loads of information. But guess what. Facts don't sell. You know what does? STORIES! When you talk to the person you're sent to serve in "their language," addressing the question they're always "kinda" asking in the background -- "What's in this for me?" -- I'm telling you . . . You're going to find it so much easier to connect with people who need what you're offering. And sales will seem like a breeze!

#184// Yes, you CAN do #allthethings in Christ Jesus!

You've been sold a lie that you can't "do it all," Sister. Over probably the last eight or ten years, popular media has repeatedly tried to tell us (because of burnout): "You've got to pick one thing and let go of the rest. You need to create more margin in your life."

But what if I told you that in believing the lie of “I can’t do it all” you’ve actually pushed off parts of your God-given identity and diminished parts of your purpose in the earth? That's a SELAH moment, Sister.

As a faith-filled, ambitious, multi-passionate Jesus Girl, you are called to be a modern Proverbs 31 woman, and there is a grace found in God that can create a flow and cadence for your life. This grace will sustain you, carry you forward, and make you able to “do it all” in Christ Jesus. 

Wondering about the HOW? Here's your winning strategy, Friend:

1️⃣ REPENT and BELIEVE Philippians 4:13 (grab that verse below and make it your daily declaration).

2️⃣ GIVE GOD FIRST PLACE every morning. Start and end your day with Him, allowing Him to set your cadence in the morning and receive your gratitude in the evening.

3️⃣ PLAN YOUR DAY with God. Allow Him to inform you of the important things for each day. This will greatly reduce stress and increase your success.

#183// Position is EVERYTHING when it comes to your purpose. You are designed to refract the light of God into the world in a specific way as you build your business or ministry.

Do you believe the work God has called you to do in the earth... the business or the ministry that He has called you to build and steward... matters? True story, Sister! The work God created you to do actually matters in this world. It's vital for the people who will hear the sound you were made to make for God, and it matters to the expanding of His Kingdom here on earth.

Ever heard of the concept of refraction? This means to make a ray of light change direction when it enters at an angle. This is how we were designed to operate. God shines His light into us in a specific way, and that light shines out of us (is directed) in a way that is unique to how God created us.

Have you been feeling like the call of God on your life is a minimal thing, like it's "no big deal" and your impact is small? If so, you can decide right now that you'll align with the truth that your purpose is of the utmost importance. You want to ensure that you're properly positioned in your purpose so that you're beautifully refracting the light of God like the dazzling rainbow that you are. And just like the rainbow signifies a promise, God's light shining through you is a picture of the promises that He's spoken over your life. Amen?

#182// You have to make the decision that you're going to STAND in your faith, Sis! That's the GRIT that'll position you to receive the GRACE of God for your life.

Did you know that walking out the purpose of your life is going to take both grit AND grace? If you want to be positioned to receive the grace, you're going to have to stand with grit. You're going to have to make a decision that -- no matter where you started or what you had in your hands to begin with -- God can get you what you need, when you need it, so you can prosper fully in your purpose, Amen!

Sometimes we get to a place where we're not seeing the promise come to pass... we're not seeing the "thing" manifesting in our world. This is often because we're just "waiting for the grace to fall," but we haven't positioned ourselves in the grit (the faith with works) that will actually bring the thing to fruition.

Have you just been hoping for the grace of God to fall so that you can finally do the thing you feel like you were called to do? If so, it's okay to decide that now is the time to lean in and take active steps so you can have a different experience in your world. That's why on this week's episode, I'm sharing the message that I released at a recent Jesus Girl Gang's Ministry Night: Grit + Grace.

#181// You don't have to worry about how you're going to pay for the vision and assignment that God has given you!

Listen, Sister . . . God actually cares about resourcing you for the assignment He's given you more than you do. True story! All you need to do is concern yourself with the receipt, belief, and obedience to the call. 

The main reason given by most of the women I coach for why they didn't "go for it" in business or ministry sooner is this: They had a paralyzing fear around money and provision. Most felt they couldn't get into motion until they had a firm grasp on how it was all going to get funded and resourced. But did you know that's not how it works in the Kingdom? So much of Kingdom living is trusting God at His word, stepping out on that word and then seeing Him provide as we move in obedience.

Is your mindset around money holding you back from starting that business or ministry God has been calling you into? If so, it's okay to decide that now is the time to lean in and believe God at His word FIRST and get your mindset straight, and then ask questions about the how (including how to resource the vision). #180// Yes, You CAN continue in faith... even when everything seems to be counting you out or trying to knock you down. If God said it, you can have faith that He'll do it!
