One of the most cited marital problems is financial affairs. The financial affairs include budgeting, spending, saving, investments and other minor or unique items varying upon individual families. Twenty percent of Americans regret combining finances (11/12 CNBC). A former professor of Developmental Psychology and currently a stock investor, Dr. Lee, today, within limited time, only focuses on the first few steps taken prior to the wedding or as early as possible for married couples to avoid potential marital conflicts caused by financial issues.

Very often we must do something that is good for us, but we don’t like to do it including watching out our diet during the holiday season. Yet, we do have the choice to make changes to satisfy our desires. We could come up with ideas to deal with the less desirable situations. Here, Dr. Lee is using celery as an example to illustrate the options we could choose. At the end, we still could enjoy the results based on our desires.

Drone delivery is an inevitable trend of our economy. Alphabet’s Wing launched the first commercial drone delivery on October 18, 2019.  We will quickly see more drone deliveries. Are they safe for our convenience?  On Monday, January 26, 2015, a drone crash landed on the White House lawn. The White House does have its own specific flight restrictions, but the drone wasn't easy to detect. As a co-pilot to her husband, Dr. Lee is discussing what ordinary citizens need to do, especially, amateur drones could be hot sell items for Christmas gifts this year.

Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine how to survive without a smart phone. We have stored so much information on the phone such as messages and contact information that we don’t use our brain much anymore.   We use apps and search engines as needed especially during travel for flight itineraries and hotel reservations.
