Sleep is so important because it affects our mood, productivity, and health.
In episode 5 of the Positive Masters Show, I go over the following strategies to get better sleep:
- Get a good bed.
- Schedule your sleep.
- Exercise 5 hours or more before bed.
- Have enough time between your consumption of food and beverages and your time to sleep.
- Have a relaxing wind-down routine before you go to sleep.
- Avoid bright lights near bedtime.
- Sleep in comfortable temperature.
