Dr. Migdalia Cruz-Arthurton is a Coordinator of English as a Second Language (ESL) in the St. Thomas/St. John School District in the U. S. Virgin Islands.  She also is a professor of Bilingual Education at the University of the Virgin Islands on the St. Thomas Campus and the University of Turabo in Puerto Rico.

Dr. Sally Camacho is an ESL Teacher at the John H. Woodson Junior High School in the St. Croix School District.  She serves as the Internal Coordinator of Accreditation at the school in addition to serving as one of the Faculty Leadership Teams for Advancement via Individual Determination (AVID).
