How many times have you heard someone say you "shouldn't come from a place of ego" or "let go of ego?"  I know I've heard it a lot, in fact I've said it a lot too.  But what does that really mean?  How does fear relate to ego?  That's where we're starting the conversation today and we'll see where it takes us!

We all some limit in beliefs. Sometimes we let them stand in the way of having an abundant life. Learn how to replace those beliefs with new ones in order to start living a more abundant life.

Everyone has a story, right?  There are countless life coaches telling countless stories all over the place.  Some of these stories are horrifying, others are rather lack-luster.  Yet we all keep telling our stories.

A big part of healing is actually telling your story.  However, you can also sabotage your attempts to move forward when you tell your story so often you can't move past it.

So, today we're talking about how to rewrite your story so you can still heal from it, but also move forward.
