Sometimes it can be hard to tell what we’re thinking and what we’re feeling. We often fool ourselves into believing that we feel something (and therefore that it is difficult to change) when in actual fact it is a thought.. Emotions motivate us to take action. Different emotions lead us towards different kinds of action. Our emotions are not always a perfect guide to action though. We can choose to listen to what our emotions are telling us but we don’t always have to react in the ways they ‘want’ us to. 

On this podcast, we talk about what positive entertainment value we gain within life's challenges. No matter the path we are on or strides we take, we all need to laugh at ourselves. The struggle is real and can be real funny too. It is all about perspective.
