NC State looked like an improved team against Syracuse overall, but its disastrous finishes to multiple drives led to a 24-17 win for the Orange. The Wolfpack dropped to 0-3 in ACC play after three turnovers inside the Syracuse 30-yard line and the Orange punched every one in for a touchdown to come away with a tough win.
