Today’s show is a brief one. I don’t feel like another white voice commenting on the BLM and BIPOC experience is needed. It’s time to listen. Listen to the pain. Listen to the anger. Listen to the your neighbors. Just shut up and listen. Thank you to tuning in.

Today I hold nothing back. I vent about what is going on in the country. I needed to get it off my chest. A cathartic unloading of negative emotions! (I’m going to add this as a tagline for the episode.) it’s been a difficult 5 days, listen and find out why!

My up coming birthday and the past year have not been good on my psyche. Toss in social distancing and isolation and one could really go down a negative rabbit hole. And I’m climbing my way out. Thanks for listening to my mid-life crisis. (I would normally say “enjoy” at this point be I don’t think it’s appropriate at this time)
