Do we think this not sequel is solid as a rock? Or did we feel it has a lot of Hart? Maybe we were even like, “It’s back in Black!” Oh wait! That’s not Guns N Roses. Anyway, it’s a jungle out there and in this ep! But we have a feeling you’ll end up with a Hanks-ering for more all in this release from Pot & Plot!

Franny Mac. Lil Dink. Sammy Roc. Woody. Billboards. THREE billboards. What more could you want from a movie? Well Josh and Steph took a trip to the theater to see Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri to answer that burning question among others. Like how dare you make us feel so many complex emotions? And still be funnier than you have any right to be? And what segments do we even do on this podcast? Memories can be tricky. Especially when you enjoy movies on a higher level like we do. Anyway, tune in to hear us chat it up about this Golden Globe nominated film that we saw with a bunch of old white people!

Murder?! MURDER you say?! Oh I thought you were saying “burger” for some reason. Maybe wishful thinking? But murder definitely is the soup du jour in the suspenseful remake, Murder on the Orient Express! Josh and Steph shovel into it with special guest Rahul Rao who comes on for a movie that doesn’t have Tom Hardy in it! We actually wanted to do this because Rahul’s rage was untethered and he was shouting “AGATHA!” (Like GATTACA) from the top of Williams Tower. Do we side with Rahul or do we think Hercule is tres cool? Mash that play button, baby, to get all of Gad and more!

We all hear voices. One in your head that says, “Everybody loves Brent in HR waayyy more than you.” Or, “P.M.S must stand for Pretty Much Samantha because DAMN, girl!” It could even say, “Hey! Watch this movie The Voices!” And you know that’s what Josh and Steph did or this episode wouldn’t exist! If you’re looking for conversations about mental health, pets, the pronunciation of “Anna”, murder, and some real dark humor, this is the episode and probably even the move for you! We get into all of those conversational toppings and more so just give into your urges and dig in!

Taxes! Bills! Donald Trump is still president! Sorry just trying to scare you since it’s our HALLOWEEN SPECIAL! “But Halloween was LAST week!” I mean, it can be every day if you’re about that spoopy life. And that is definitely the case if you like us partake in the addition to Tyler Perry’s Madea franchise, Boo 2! A Madea Halloween. The internet critics have alreadyshat alllllll over this so hard that even Roger Ebert’s ghost got in on it! Meanwhile internet goers are like, “Eh, s’alright” while they shrug and get stuck like that...FOR-EVER! So naturally Josh and Steph ventured on into the woods of Camp Derrick with Madea and crew to see what was going down. Steph swears this movie scared a few pounds off her...from scaring her silly! Muhahahahahahaha! Evil laughter!

If green means go, then this episode goes HARD as we chat about the drama/thriller/horror movie, Green Room! We’re saying “chat” likes it’s some lighthearted convo. But guess anything could be considered lighthearted in the light of such a dark rollercoaster of emotions like this flick is. It’s a lot easier to get through such an exhilarating and somewhat draining film going experience with hilarious buds like our special guests, Ned Gayle and Billy Trim! Did Sir Pat Stew act the pants off this movie? How many times did we yell expletives? And are there unexpected moments that us prefacing them couldn’t brace you for? Yes and so much more on a gut slicingly funny episode of Pot and Plot!
