Potions and Potpourri

This episode is about the unique and fun system that the Gal Pals tried out, where you randomly roll your Setting, Character and Plot for a totally random (and often short!) Campaign hook.  From Hunger Games to Starfinder, we got to try all sorts of new things. Give it a listen to hear what we came up with.

Based on the chart and gameplay used by the DnD Podcast Crit Sandwich: You can find them anywhere you stream podcasts!

In this episode we discuss the time we sort of played Curse of Strahd. It was our first non-homebrew campaign, and one of the modules we miss the most! Listen to us talk about the party of players, some notable themes, and what happened to us as we played.

TW: minor spoilers.

Another interview episode! This one features our new friends Jason and Jeremy from the podcast Old Men Rolling Dice. We ask these old time D&D players what their history with the game is, how it has changed for them over the years, and how they got to where they are now.

Gearing up for the final battle, Kala and Keisha continue talking about The Rift campaign and what led them to the beginning of the end. This episode, they explore: major events and how they unexpectedly unfolded, personal quests for the players and their difficult decisions, and how the DM responded to all things completely out of her control (which, let's be honest, is basically ALL of them).
