Tune in to hear about how we made the world, a brief look into the lore and history, and the kind of characters and their backgrounds the players came up with.

TW: brief mention of slavery, death.

In this episode, the Gal Pals talk about the Rules as Written (RAW) 5e Races and how Tasha's Cauldron of Everything made it so much easier to be the kind of character you had always imagined! But also why the RAW Race options may have needed an overhaul, and how they can still be very useful for new players.

In this one, we discuss the items we have played with or homebrewed in our games, including some of the few "game breaking" items that we unintentionally introduced. We also talk about how we would go about allowing or restricting certain items in game and why; plus how you can modify and create your own items for players to use!

The Gal Pals get together again with Seth Kimbrell, who was our amazing DM for our first live-play: Murder At Rose Lake! We all share and discuss homebrew rules we use at the table, whether we agree or disagree with them, and why we choose to deviate from some of the main suggested rules found in D&D books.
