Potomac is growing in more ways than one. More staff, more services, and now more offices. 

In this episode of the Conquer Risk Podcast, Potomac CMO Christopher Norton sits down with COO Will Gray to talk through the office expansion already underway in Bethesda. After moving into the current space less than a year ago, Potomac has already outgrown it, or what Will calls “a good problem to have”.

The new space will add roughly 6,104 square feet, with a second kitchen, three dedicated meeting rooms, and additional huddle and collaboration spaces. The conversation moves from the practical side of construction to the more creative parts of the build-out, including design choices, preserving the personality of the current office, the “jewel box” concept, and the dream of a coffee bar. Construction is expected to run through the summer, with an anticipated completion date of October 1.
