Presents? Check. Brussels Sprouts? Check. A load of booze? Check. Pound for Pound Xmas episode? CHECK!!!

Over this festive season when you're lying on the sofa full from all of the food you've consumed, why not listen to the dulcet tones of Jake and Spencer as they breakdown all of the latest boxing news from the past week, including the most recent Frank Warren and Matchroom shows & THAT Errol Spence interview!

Put the Gavin & Stacey xmas special on pause, put down the 5th glass of prosecco & the second turkey sandwich, and give this a list as it may be THE BEST ONE YET.

Merry christmas to all.

BUUUUUATSI!!
After the biggest fight of the year we go in depth to analyse the rematch of Andy Ruiz vs Anthony Joshua! Where do both men go from here? Was this AJs best ever performance? Did Spencer & Carl Froch nearly get kidnapped on fight week?! We tackle everything.

Also, we’ve finally got the man that we’ve been talking about for months. We caught up with the next star if British boxing, Joshua Buatsi to hear about his plans for 2020.

The biggy is here, it’s the rematch we’ve been waiting for since the summer. Can AJ over come the ultimate underdog and regain his belts? Can lightning strike twice and Ruiz cause another huge upset? Will Spencer make it through the week with no alcohol? So many questions and we hope to answer most of them on this weeks show, as we get ready and excited for Saturday night!

ONE HUNDRED EPISODES! No idea how we’ve reached this milestone but to celebrate we all drove to a small room in Peterborough, along with Johnny Nelson and 16 prize winners, and put on a live show (that can still be seen on YouTube, link on our twitter page). It had everything; the return of Farmer Fel, Tomatoes, pork balls, an angry Ricky Grover, entrepreneurs, Skoda owners and much much more.
I think it’s safe to say, this was the best one yet!
