We made it back for a second episode! It's a thing now!! In today's episode, we had the amazing opportunity to talk with the Co-Owner of The Halford in Santa Clara, Derek Kempinsky. He shed some light on what we are getting into and what it took for him to get his business into operation. We definitely managed to taste a few beers and share a few of our own pour decisions through process thus far (nick almost dies in this episode).
