This week I begin the new format to be followed for the shows duration.  I review the month of march and some good things that happened during.  I introduce the airplane of the month, the a-hole of the month, and douchebags of history segments.  Then I speak on the general topic of discussion...my personal love for weight lifting and my experiment with the keto diet.   I did forget to mention that I was drinking coffee for this episode.  I was nursing a bad hangover from a rowdy birthday party and needed the java to come back to life.  Also...I mentioned Justin Trudeau as the president of Canada...he's not...he's the Prime minister.  Oops.
