The Morning Maddhouse is gearing up and getting ready for our 12th Annual 28 Hour Broadcast benefiting The Women and Children homeless shelter beginning tomorrow, Thursday, June 6th.  We are trying to raise $10,000.  Fund out what these donations will be going to.

My sis fell on hard times about 4 years ago & asked me could I take my niece while she got herself together.  I said yes and got her when she was 8.  She is now 12.  She has maintained a very close relationship with her mom (my sister) and LOVES HER!  My sis getting back on her feet but not to the point where I feel as if she is ready to care for her daughter again.  One thing she does that really bothers me is break promises like saying she is coming to get her and then doesnt show up.  She always has an excuse.  My niece has been a good sport about it but I know it bothers her.  Now my sister is saying that once the school year ends, she is taking her back.  I dont have legal custody but I know this is a bad idea.  She works a minimum wage job and lives with her best friend (who has 2 children of her own).  What should I do?
