Hey everyone and welcome back in, to another episode of the podcast! I am never entirely sure if anyone reads this part, if anyone is actually interest in the sort of, "Build up" to the episode and what is to come. I guess if you are finding this for the first time you will want to see it's "worth". So, let me tell you then.
Today's episode focuses on the stereotype that men cannot and should not express their feelings, being belittled and frowned upon for not, "manning up" in certain situations. The thing is, the world is becoming better at accepting people, slightly, and that is with men showing their true feelings as well. However, just like everything you always have those people who will bring you down, for being and expressing who you are.
I want to talk more in-depth with this today and see how we can allow more people, including men, to feel safe on expressing their feelings
