Romans 5:3-5

“And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope: And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.”

When you want to lead you want to have charisma, with charisma you become a person of interest. You will be someone that is influential and makes other people want to follow you.

Romans 5:3-5

When you start to lead you have to know how to operate in character to make sure you can lead by example. You will first have to make sure that you can operate as a leader. You have to be able to be the character of a leader or you will not be able to lead.

John 10:10

“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”

If you want to live intentionally through significance you will have to have a mindset of abundance. You must have a mindset and a heartset of abundance before you can live a life of significance.

Galatians 6:7

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”

How you stay engaged, when to and what can help you stay engaged. When you stay engaged it shows that you are willing to keep up with what needs to be done and you can grow as you stay engaged.

1 Thessalonians 5:11

“Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.”

You want to make sure that you are an effective leader. If you cannot be effective than you will not be able to work your way to maximizing your leadership. You have to show that the work you are doing is effective to make a difference.

You have to be able to encourage one another to help them build themselves up in their business. You will also have to identify what you can do to help. 

Philippians 2:3

“Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.”

You have to have intentional significance to influence people to maximize their leadership potential as you wish to do as well.

Proverbs 27:17

“Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”

We want to be able to influence others and take on good influence ourselves. We  cannot move forward without taking on the influence of another.

Galatians 6:9

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Understanding that you must be consistent and knowing that there are going to be obstacles to overcome along the way. You will have to be consistent to be able to make people see that you want to level up your leadership.

Matthew 20:26

“But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;”

We want to find out how we can experience miracles and become a miracle to others. We also want to experience the miracle of becoming an ultimate leader.
