Colossians 3:23

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,”

You have to have passion in what you’re doing to even get started. If you aren’t passionate about what you are doing then there is no point. Passion is something that will help you keep doing what you need to do and help you become extraordinary, because not a lot of people are actually passionate about what they do which doesn’t help them become extraordinary like you want to be.

Mark 4:24

“And he said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear: with the measure you use, it will be measured to you, and still more will be added to you.”

To be extraordinary, you must be able to listen. To be able to listen you must also know who you must listen to and what exactly you need to be listening for. Listening is a strong suit that you must learn at a young age and must keep in mind.

James 2:18

“But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.”

Proverbs 6:6-8

“Go to the ant, O sluggard;consider her ways, and be wise.Without having any chief, officer, or ruler,she prepares her bread in summer and gathers her food in harvest.”

In order to unlock your personal leadership you must take the initiative to get it done. You have to make sure that you are actually taking action to get where you want. If you don’t take action you will never unlock your personal leadership.

Proverbs 11:24-25

“One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want. Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.”

Hebrews 13:16

“Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God.”

You want to be generous in your life time and understand that you can not just receive, you have to give in your lifetime to be able to receive in return. You cannot just expect that unlocking your personal leadership will just be given to you, you will have to give within reaching your goal or you will not get to where you want to be.

Proverbs 4:25-27

“Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you. Ponder[a] the path of your feet; then all your ways will be sure.Do not swerve to the right or to the left; turn your foot away from evil.”

You have to make sure your focus is set on unlocking your leadership. If your focus is not clear you will not be able to unlock your own personal leadership. The only way to keep your focus clear is to make sure that you know what you want and how you plan to get there.

1 John 2:26-27

“I write these things to you about those who are trying to deceive you. But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him.”

You have to have the ability to see distinctive details and the ability to judge whether something is right or wrong. When you are able to use the ability of discernment you will be able to make decisions that are for the best and not bad decisions.

Deuteronomy 31:6

“Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”

You must either have or gain the courage to unlock your leadership. If you don’t have the courage to learn or ask for what you need in order to unlock your leadership then you won't be able to unlock your leadership at all.

2 Timothy 3:17

“ That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”

2 Timothy 2:15

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

Understand that you must know how to better yourself. You will not be good at everything but there is always room for improvement. You will always have the opportunity to better yourself but you will first have to understand what you are and are not good at to know what to work on.

Colossians 4:6

“Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.”

You must know how to communicate in a way that is not just for selfish reasons. When you learn how to communicate you will be able to build lasting relationships and business partners that will want to stick around. You must communicate at a level that is not just for your business, you must want to build relationships before bettering your business.

Galatians 6:9

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

When you want to be a leader you must be committed to doing what you have to so that you can succeed. If you do not commit to your responsibilities or yourself you will not be able to lead successfully.
