We are often torn. We want career success and we want the lifestyle of our dreams.

Which is a priority, which do we focus on now, do we have time for both? 

In truth, we can have both. Some say there is no such thing. People who are passionate about their work say that gives them balance. 

The rest might be left wondering how they can do both. Many say they already have it. 

Pressure from above and below can plague all managers. 

They need support to maintain their balance and engagement.

When they have too many internal nagging issues or face too many overwhelming external problems, they start to disengage. 

If the overwhelm seems unsolvable, they might start creating exit strategies.

There is no denying that our Subconscious and Nervous System often regulate our progress. 

Progress often requires change and our systems don't like change. 

Our nervous system can hit a redline that makes us back off. 

Success needs progress and progress meets challenges. We must upgrade our subconscious beliefs and nervous system to match our aspirations. 

Defeat procrastination, imposter syndrome, overthinking, and worrying you don't have the right stuff.
