On this episode of POWERED'UP I had a family therapy session with my sister Liza Nortey talking about our childhood, our differences and her challenges, motivations and her mental wellbeing. Liza shared how she struggled with her mental health and how it prompted her to having suicidal thoughts to end her life and her pain.
