  • Ep.39. 3 mistakes I did in business last year and what I learnt

I share the three key decisions I made in my business over the past few years that quietly pulled me off track:

    1. Hiring a business/marketing consultants.
    2. Being overly exposed to other coaches’ and entrepreneurs’ strategies and successes.
    3. Focusing too long on healing money patterns.

Each choice seemed aligned at the time but looking back, they were subtle ways I abandoned my personal power and creative path. I now see how those “missed takes” (not mistakes) were part of a deeper recalibration that brought me closer to myself and my authentic way of doing business.

This isn’t a story of regret, it’s a reflection on misalignment and rewiring the concept of "failure". It's about how it can happen even with the best intentions, and how these experiences brought me back to deeper clarity, integrity, and trust in my own rhythm.

This episode is an invitation to reflect on the places where you might be outsourcing your knowing, and how to gently return to the business that’s truly yours to build.

  • Ep. 38. The Quiet Power of Integrity

In this episode, I speak about the responsibility we carry to set a higher standard of integrity in coaching, healing, and spiritual entrepreneurship.

This is my personal reflection and response to what I’ve been witnessing in the industry.

I name what’s often left unsaid. The misalignments I see—and feel. From spiritual bypassing, to performance-driven service, to the subtle ways integrity gets compromised in the name of success.

This is a call to pause. To re-evaluate how we show up. To remember what we’re really here for—and how we contribute to shaping the business culture around us.

Because it’s not just about building a business. It’s about how we lead, how we serve, and the frequency we do it from.

I explore what integrity truly means, how deep its roots go, and how much it affects—not just our work—but literally our physical well-being too.

  • Ep. 37. The Wisdom of Business Winters: how to honour slow & decay seasons with trust & grace

Last year, my business went into decay—a deep winter season.

At first, I resisted, frustrated that things weren’t moving forward, weren’t growing as I wished for. But when I finally surrendered, the wisdom could finally emerge. I discovered the medicine and gifts hidden in that stillness, in slowing down with my business too. It's a bit more normalised and easier to slow down in personal life but business?

Business isn’t a straight upward climb. It moves like nature does—in cycles. Expansion, contraction. Death, rebirth. Growth isn’t just about moving forward; it’s about knowing when to rest, when to shed, and when to bloom again.

What if we could learn to embrace, honor, and hold each phase with grace instead of fighting and resisting it?

What if we stopped fighting these natural seasons? What if we learned to trust them instead? The art of surrender.

In this my new podcast episode, I share my journey through business winter, what it taught me, and how we can redefine success by working with—not against—the natural rhythms of life and business.

Please share with people who need to hear it.

  • Ep. 36. Healership versus leadership lense

Many sensitive, creative, and spiritually awake people are stepping into the business world—it’s part of the new paradigm. But one mindset loop often keeps them stuck and feeling unsuccessful: they get caught in the shadow side of the healership cycle.

I explore how the leadership lens differs from the healership one—how it’s more expansive, builds momentum, and leads to deeply fulfilling results. Staying in the healing paradigm too long can drain your capacity and energy. It may bring relief, but it won’t necessarily create the life and business you truly desire.

A capacity-based growth approach shifts the focus from fixing to expanding. It’s about holding your experiences, failures, and desires without being defined by them. It’s about stepping into your becoming—learning to receive, hold, and manage more of life, growth, and what you want, instead of staying stuck in what isn’t working.

  • Ep. 33. Pumpkin arrival story & my limited capacity journey to receive this big desire

In this episode, I share my personal journey of becoming a mom to another cat—how my temporary fostering experience took an unexpected turn that led to adoption, and the lessons I learned along the way.

I share this heartfelt story because it perfectly illustrates the gap between our desires and our capacity to receive them. It shows what capacity-based growth truly means and why it's crucial for bringing our dreams into the physical world.

  • Ep. 32. Soft Power series: self love versus self respect

In this episode, I delved into a deeper explanation of soft power and addressed common misconceptions about it. I explored two components of soft power and the crucial difference between them: self-love and self-respect.

Soft Power, to me, is a form of gentle but powerful self-leadership capacity that I focus on deeply in my work. I think it's highly underestimated and/or misunderstood capacity. But when you really learn to powerfully lead yourself, your success becomes a by-product of it. And it ripples throughout all areas of your life because you are the most important person in your life, you are the center of it all. If you can’t lead, love and respect yourself, it will be very hard to have your desired life and successful, thriving business. In this episode, I am provoking and inviting you to really take responsibility and embrace that.

I offer a year-long, premium-quality mastermind immersion centered solely on this capacity. It helps you lead yourself, your life, and your movement boldly yet gently—the soft power way!

This high-end, exclusive program is designed to help you explore your depths and rise to your greater potential. A new group will start in March 2025, and enrollment will open soon. To learn more and join the waiting list, visit:

  • Ep. 31. Soft Power series: when your sensitivity is your super power and when it is not.

I want to talk about being sensitive and being powerful. That's for me, in other words, what I call soft power.

We have this perception about if you're a sensitive being, you're some kind of weak, you some kind of have to protect yourself and some sort you are marginalized in our society. In a way, you're not functional, especially in the business world. In a business world, you have to be resilient, you have to be tough. And it's just partly the truth. So, I want to break that stereotype because I found it's just a stereotype.

In this episode I talk about:

     - 2 types of sensitivity,
    - My personal embracing sensitivity story,
    - Embodied and disembodied sensitivity,
    - How to use senitivity as a strength instead of victimhood,
    - The difference between thriving and not thriving sensitive people,
    - Why we are afraid and neglect our sensitivity?

  • Ep.30. Soft Power serires: handling rejection in a heart-based business & soulful work

Building a business that truly aligns with your heart takes courage and finesse of your heart.

In this episode I share the delicate nuances about heart-based entrepreneurship journey and sabotaging reasons or vulnerabilities to share your soulful work due to fear of rejection and treating your heart sensitivity as the weakness.

We have been told so many times: “don’t take it personal” in business and I am inviting to reframe that and to find strength and gift in your vulnerability & beauty in your deep care.

I share my own heart based entrepreneurial journey insights and observations from my clients who have faced the similar unique challenges of this path. I talk about what it takes to build heart resilience and the balance between staying open and connected with your heart while building the muscle against rejection and setbacks. I explore what it takes to be deeply invested in your business without letting the fear of rejection stifle your soulful work.

In the second segment, I explore the compassionate and empathetic approach necessary for heart-centered business growth. I talk about the art of listening to your fears and vulnerabilities while fostering the gentle self-leadership that integrates all parts of yourself, including the ambitious, sensitive, and afraid.

There is always a wisdom within frustration, resistance and the power of moving at the pace of your slowest parts.

This is my heartfelt guide to creating a thriving, purpose-driven business that embodies your soul's mission and contributes positively to humanity without hiding, shrinking or neglecting your sensitivity and deep care.
