I met with Geraldine Huybrechts to have a podcast recording about "The hype of personal branding". But this talk turned out to be a true embodiment for what we were literally talking there on the spot: "let's just create conversational environments for us to connect". 

2 more people joined us and we continued to have a great chat about the topic with 4 of us.

In this "The New Business Paradigm" podcast episode, we have explored very interesting perspectives with a certified Human Design Analyst Karina Czapla. This was a talk where both of our expertise met: nervous system and 4Fs (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and human design.

We explored how our nervous system is wired and which of 4 Fs you may be activated more often, we are more prone to based on our Human Design and why.

Flow is the balance between mastery of the skill and allowing the  creation of the present moment to flow. Let’s talk about the balance of being in tandem with the impulse of doing!
- The importance of making time to listen to your body - no agenda days, walking the streets, allowing the inspiration to flow in by having space to receive rather than always trying to work it out or being overloaded with tasks.
- The effect your nervous system has on your flow state - how to notice contractions that block your flow, and how to come back to balance.

Success in the new business paradigm is not as much in the "MORE DOING" approach anymore as it is in "YOUR WAY OF BEING".

It's about how you show up in the business, how you relate to all parts of your business, what energy you infuse, and from what place you build it all - trauma or true embodiment and aligned action?

Let's be honest, historically and generationally our bodies are wired to struggle, working hard, normalizing the burnout, ignoring our bodily signals and disowning our actual needs and desires. And due to that, the shift takes some efforts and time to rewire those imprints in your body cells and your nervous system.

The good news, we are shifting into a new business paradigm where you have freedom to do not only WHAT you want but also HOW you want to do it.

I personally say NO to struggle, overwhelm, slavery systems and ways "I suppose to do in business". I build all my business around that. And I invite you to a possibility of building your business from the place of natural easefulness and effortless body-led flow.
