Audacity is a highly popular, widely supported audio editing software.
But it can be problematic for some with the latest versions of the Mac operating system. In addition, many of our clients will already have Garageband on their device and some larger comms teams may already subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud and will therefore have access to the Adobe Audition audio editor.
In this episode we explore some of the issues with Audacity and available alternatives.
How might musicians use TikTok to sell tickets to gigs when the music business recover from COVID-19 lockdown and opens up again?
I've an idea.

What do CEOs actually do?
What's their specific job? Why do they get paid superior wages and sometimes extremely attractive bonuses?
What should their role be in a crisis situation?
And should Chief Executives of football clubs behave more like Chief Executives of other businesses?
I'd love to hear from you if you are a CEO and you have a view on what I've said in this podcast. Tell me what you did today that couldn't have been delegated.

Some principles I try to follow when it comes to politics:
1) Friends first. Don't let politics come between us.
2) Don't demonise or disagree for the sake of it.
3) 'Them and us' = all working people vs inherited wealth
4) Recognise there is a limit to what politicians can achieve. Vow to do more ourselves by working together.
5) Power should always be questioned and challenged.
6) Widen participation in democracy
7) If you want change, be prepared to win an unfair fight.
