It was a very-much needed second interview with good friend Regina Podesta, Pure Haven Consultant. The pleasure was all mine to be able to continue the discussion on how she helps her clients create a home environment that supports the health and wellbeing of themselves and generations to come.
Regina explains how her progression from the fitness industry to becoming environmentally aware is very similar to what we all go through in the world today. We talked about how as a culture, our awareness has been heightened beyond the importance of regular exercise and how vital it is to achieve overall good health. Regina and I talk about how we have both realized that not all foods are created equal, to the fact that many labels on our foods and products are not telling the whole truth. Ultimately the conversation led us to the discussion of how it’s affecting us long and short term with things like skin issues, allergic reactions, cancer, infertility, and behavioral disabilities.
