This photo of Leah could not be more on point. She is down to earth, real AF and after a few years of "figuring shit out" is coming to a new level of "performance" in adding some fuel to the fire of her business. ps this photo was taken by her friend in her backyard! Nothing fancy needed - be you and the rest will follow.
In this story, we talk about the logistics of home life, the chaos of having 3 kids (which she homeschools!) and making business as simple as possible for getting a high return on the snippets of time found throughout the day to grow this baby. And finding out who you really are in the process.
Leah also has an embodiment of "it is what it is" and has learned how to surrender while continuing to build her business. She has a great vibe.
Come check out her business at https://www.leahstine.com/ and find her on social at @leahstinewriting and on LI at Leah Stine.
pps she also knows how to leverage the online world as she builds revenue and clientele. Listen for the rolodex hack that we should all get in on!!

Meeting Elle has added a trip to Michigan to my list of places to travel! I instantly hit it off with her and her boho vibe and that smile. What I really enjoyed about her business is that, in her words, she has "niched down on her offer and not her people."
See, the internet is always making suggestions to us right? And the best thing we can do with those suggestions is use the ones that fit for OUR situation and question others on how to make it work for us. Use critical thinking versus the spell of shiny objects and promises (my weakness for sure!).
Elle has tailored her biz to be specific and offer a gateway to more communication, self understanding and decision making. This gives her leverage with who she can work with - clients, coaches, businesses, families and more. And she is super nerdy about it, its absolutely wonderful to listen to her come alive when she talks about interpreting and integrating someone's Clifton Strengths.
Oh and did I mention she bought a gorgeous heritage MANOR and is turning into a co-working space? She is another powherfull solopreneur on a mission to break that word apart. Angela and I had a great chat about making the move from job to business and making the business work for self. Angela has found ways to work within her zone of comfortable discomfort. Think about that. After years of running a school she shifted gears into Christian Life Coaching, using her career experience as a base but having to navigate new areas of herself to start creating success.
Her easy going nature and warm heart instantly make you feel safe and in sync with her, at least it did for me! I love her mindset and her certainty in these early stages. I can't wait to watch her grow!
Angela is offering a bonus session to our listeners for those who choose her Power Hour session or bundle. AND a $50 off code for anyone that signs up for the Next Level Life Experience. ( 12 week 1:1 program) Visit linktr.ee/angelaqcoaching and connect directly with her to go deeper!

Kelli and I met in a FB group because of something she posted. I can't even recall what it was but we have hit it off like supernovas and have been waiting / rescheduling our convo for ages. Well, it was worth it because this episode is LIT!! We talk energy, kids, self trust, figuring it out along the way and acclimatizing along the way, growing into the skin of success as it comes to you.
Kelli has such a light, soft vibe to her. I find her very soothing. She often (always?) wears crystals around her neck and is moving into Reiki Level 2, she is fully embodied in her priestess higher self as a Spiritual Coach and Hypnotherapist,
Add Kelli to your world and tell her I sent you (but really its was divine currents!) <3

What I loved about this convo was that Francesca is so young (27) and is already figuring out the birds eye view of her life. Her misdiagnosis / lengthy journey to answers around disordered eating + PCOS showed her a wake up call on the life she was starting to build.
So she decided to switch things up and is now in school to become a Registered Dietician! She says she doesn't have a business yet, but she does!! She is creating a strategy to have momentum in her biz meet her at the end of school so she can transition right into working.
We talk money, planning ahead, the unknown and of course the passion for the cause. Follow her online on FB, IG & LI
Or check out her website https://expandingnutrition.com/ + submit for her tips on eating more veggies!

Starting a business and making money don't go hand in hand (SAY WHAT!). Well, it's true and yet here we go, down the rabbit hole because our inner voice, soul, higher self, knows that what we have to share has to come out, or else!
What I love about Nichole is that she does what is needed to move the needle. Which means she doesn't solely rely on business income to bring in money. Besides, you never know what opportunities may come your way when you are out there sharing, working and meeting new people. Let's be real, to get success you have to make it work for where you're at!
Nichole is a freaking bad ass, she does more before breakfast than I do in a week (not to compare....!). I am just in awe of her clarity on what she wants to accomplish and how she puts the pieces together to make it happen.
Her previous 'day job' was as a nonprofit exec in the informal learning/museum space. She is now formalizing her credentials as a trauma-informed coach. These are not the same thing at all! And while raising 3 kids by herself, she is finishing up her MA in i/o psychology with a coaching and consulting concentration!
Get to know this woman, she is honest, sincere and aware of the work she has to do in herself and with the biz to make her vision come true.

Ok Amanda and I are peas in a pod. We are the ones who keep the chaos under control for the wildly creative and possibly ADHD folks out there who just aren't wired this way. So I had a blast chatting with her because we totally get each other and the work we do. And just when I thought I might lose her when I shared that I gave up on my underwear drawer, she sealed the deal with a reveal of her own (near the end!).
Amanda made the transition from employee to entrepreneur very strategically, planning out how and when she would quit months in advance, running budgets and talking to her husband a lot about minimum revenues and impact at home. She also had conversations with her then employer about her plans. I found this so bold and brave, and showed a real commitment to herself and her vision.
And she is killing it, already over $100k a year with a team of organizers, Amanda's business is taking on a life of its own as she looks at speaking opportunities, corporate clients, and getting into the trade show side of things (both attending and hosting).
I am so happy to have made a new friend and found continued inspiration in helping others stay organized in a busy world!

It's not uncommon that a business idea comes from one's personal life experience, which is how Starlyn found her way into being a Health Coach. She is very passionate about this as it saved her from herself, you can tell how much she cares when she talks about her work. Her business is beautifully simple, with a key offer and easy to run back end.
As a newbie entrepreneur she is facing the common challenges of figuring out technology, finding clients and making money. Who can relate! It can be a lonely journey and here we talk about caring for yourself while you grow your business, how it looks at home when you quit your job to go all in, and the way you just kind of become more you by saying YES to soul and purpose.
Starlyn is definitely all in with her vision and I can't wait to her grow her business. Start somewhere, get over yourself and just do it! ps her smile is infectious!

Sacha ran a highly successful event business for decades and then, yup that darn covid. Faced with re-evaluating her business and life, she accepted that while she was (and still is!) amazing at high level events, it was time for something new, something deeper and something she had been sort of avoiding - her truer self. It's easy to hide behind what we are GOOD at rather than become what we really are. So in this episode we go into that journey and peel back on identity and creating a new business.
Sacha's mission is to help entrepreneurs, primarily women and creatives build sustainable businesses while managing mental wellness.
She inspires her audience with captivating topics that empower and transform. Sacha loves being transparent with her audience when sharing her signature talks and passion topic, Mental Wellness & Entrepreneurship: Keys to managing well-being. Embracing her story of various challenges, primarily with the 2020 pandemic has led this dynamic woman to encourage many entrepreneurs in any industry with a message of perseverance.
Her free offer lays out a plan to transition from job to entrepreneur! Get it here: www.swimgtgroup.com/freeoffer and find her on IG at https://www.instagram.com/thatgirlsach/ and on FB at https://www.facebook.com/sacha.walton.9

My loves, I can't even on this one. Colleen is a very special person with an incredible amount of inspiration, hope and possibility. And she is freaking KILLING IT at self publishing a book in 6 months, from receiving the download to getting it on Amazon while raising two little kids. I know the money is going to come for her because she is so in alignment with what she is doing. She paid attention to the call and is now swirling to answer and deliver it to the world, even though she hasn't a clue how it's all supposed to work! Haha. How is that for relatable!
Colleen Keefe Faul is the first time, self-published author of God's Precious Gift: A Special Needs Child. At 6 months old, Colleen’s daughter, Grace, was diagnosed with Infantile Spasms and Tuberous Sclerosis Complex. Her daughter’s diagnosis pulled Colleen deeper into her faith, where she found consolation in the form of creativity. She was inspired to write a faith-based children's book for the special needs community that was as much for the parents as it was for the children. Her mission is to help members of the special needs community, their loved ones, and their caretakers find peace in God's Will.

Welcome to powherfull inc startup stories, where ambitious women with jobs, kids, laundry and a dream bigger than their current life decide they're done waiting for "someday." I'm Mia Frankl of powherfull inc where I help everyday women build extraordinary lives without waiting for life to slow down and this podcast is the voice for The Everyday Woman who wants more.
A podcast about becoming.
Not becoming more successful. Not becoming more productive. Not becoming someone else.
Becoming more you.
I'm endlessly fascinated by women’s stories, not because of what they've accomplished, but because of who they've become along the way. I want the stories behind the stories, the messy middle, the wrong turns, the seasons of doubt. Because every extraordinary life begins the same way—with an ordinary woman deciding she can't ignore the whisper anymore.
The moments she chose herself again and the courage it took to put herself back together, over and over and still.
Because that's where transformation actually lives. I believe you don't have to quit your job, have more time or wait for perfect circumstances to build something extraordinary in your day to day. You just have to choose yourself, one moment, one day, one win and one fail at a time. Whether you're building a business, rebuilding a marriage, navigating motherhood, changing careers, strengthening your faith, healing your heart, or simply trying to remember who you are... You are starting up.
And this podcast is a collection of stories that remind us we are not alone, everyone faces challenges, and everyone has to choose to stay the same, or BECOME something bigger inside the life she is living now. You will feel seen, heard and supported in your startup story as you shape yourself though your experiences, borrowing courage from the guests and gaining hope from their stories.
Through practical coaching, honest conversations and a faith-filled community, I'll help you take small, courageous steps that create real momentum—because your dream was meant to be lived now, not in the elusive "someday".
For those who have that quiet pull toward something bigger...Welcome.
You're exactly where you're supposed to be. Let's start becoming.
