This is a very special episode as Estelle was the one who initially sparked my inspiration for the podcast. In one of our PPA Industry talks, we had a workshop with Estelle, who was formerly the Receptionist at PPA. Her talk was incredible and I discovered she had such a depth of knowledge in the theatre industry. It surprised me how much we define people by their “role” and long story short this led onto me creating the podcast.
