The fight to save Kendra and prevent two of the Seven Darkest from releasing a third continues, as the gem weakening Kendra is shattered, Meri is still unconscious, and Gunnark begins to hatch schemes - all while Yuri pauses to have a lil browse through Gunns' backpack in search of the circlet Kuijo left for him. A new power is unleashed, a feat of immense strength is displayed, Envy gets mutilated, and Yuri gets all kinds of beaten up. Again...

As Kendra unknowingly reveals a situation which is LESS THAN ideal, Pride and Envy enter the small chamber, dispelling the illusion which covered the Celestial Lockbox atop which Kendra's cage sits and set off a chain of events which ended with Meri immediately dropping unconscious. The heist begins as the party develop their plan to infiltrate the Greenarch Ward's records building in order to uncover the information they seek on Yuri's prisoner hunt. Of course, none of the original plans were stuck to, and they all just go together to the building, leaving Meri and Yuri on watch and Gunnark and Ethan to break in - with Ethan in disguise as Zif Goldenhorn... apparently a man of many keys?...

Chapter 3: A Heresy of the Highest Order gets underway as our brave heroes return from their downtime (sadly missing Seth, as will be addressed in-game), having spent months recovering, training, learning, and most importantly, researching to expand on the new revelations surrounding the Immortals, to see what can be learned about them. This downtime discussion is in a much nicer format than the last - the players discuss their own activities, there's space to RP or choose not to, and this time it's not 20000000000 hours of Mitch Monologuing! Enjoy the threads slooooowly coming together - almost as if some omnipresent being has been weaving small details in since episode 1, waiting for a time where they'd converge... ;)
