In this episode, I am talking about the concept of time and space OR space-time. It’s not something that you think about often or regularly, but it will have a profound effect on your life. Ever since I have realized this concept and shifted my attention from time driven actions to space driven, I have multiplied the level of my focus, calmness, and happiness at least by 10. And, here’s how you can do it too.
Balance in everything is a key to happiness, success and longevity. Balance in body, mind and actions are equally important. In this episode, we'll see how balanced our body is and how we are responsible for solving the balance issues in our life by ourselves.
