Winning at business isn't all roses. We work hard, plan, build, fall on our faces or have the rugs pulled out from under us. We can curl up into a little ball and say forget it all or we can do something about it. 

The biggest thing is really determining the way out and taking the appropriate steps to rebuilding bigger better, stronger.

If I can recommend one thing for you to work on it would be your ability to Confront. Don't hide, don't be scared, get your confront up and amazing things will happen

In short, Healthcare is a business, businesses have clients and those clients are treated in a very specific way.

The client experience should not start with a question about insurance or price. it's about the patient/client expectations, needs, and wants. It's about listening and eliminating barriers.

Once you have trust the hook is set, now you just need to deliver the best care you possibly can to wow them for a referral or a raving review!

Rankings by google are complicated to say the least, there are many strategies to take...add a blog, put up a ton of content, link out to other websites, guest blog posts, adwords, Search Engine Optimization, Keywords....the list goes on and I don't know about you but I've got patients to treat, my time is at a premium. If you are in a position to get help it could just boost you to new heights.

Are you an entrepreneur? Truly? Bring your A game, listen to questions your patients and clients have and build products for them. Do they need to know more about diet? Are you repeating yourself to all of your clients? I talk food as a recovery and healing adjunct constantly. Guess what there's a product idea. Pay attention, get contact info on all of your clients via email, phone/text and give them what they want!

Dr. Parker has done just that. He built a product that his followers wanted.

This was Awesome, Alix is new to business but not a stranger to Marketing Hustle or Instagram.  She started a completely virtual practice in Birmingham Alabama while her husband continued on with his residency. New York is on the return to list in the very near future but Brick and mortar is a big question mark.  With her current level of success I have my fingers crossed that she can take a page out of Rob Vining's book and scale the crap out of her current biz!

Get real with your core stats, production, collections, clients scheduled and seen, cancellation rates and so much more. When you can see declines you can make changes, when you see improvements double down on your successful actions!

It's great to build your practice, but think endgame. What do you want to have happen? Are you hoping to sell to a larger entity? What makes your practice valuable? If you're the only producer you could be in trouble. Do you want to sell the whole practice or keep some interest and some long term income? Is it worth 1x, 3x? 10x? How do you know???
