We want smoother, we want easier, we want better care for our clients. We want to deliver value to them and make their experience amazing.  I've been scabbing together my own cash based experience for clients...Sending images and videos of exercises using inferior products, seding receipts for service from an expensive online processor, creating our own HICFA info for clients in a goodle doc, scheduling with a separate software, emailing patients directly or texting to remind them to do exercises.

I call them as a clinic owner and get great news, I turn around and call as an insurance member to verify and am told I should re-consider working with my clinic.  The games are getting old.

Working out the bugs on our Cash vs. Insurance systems....Credit cards on file will boost our bottom line and avoid non-payment by our patients. Nothing more frustrating than doing great work and having a patient ghost on their obligations.  Putting card on file can eliminate those losses quickly!

I calculate the cost to go to the APTA private practice section and reflect....and then roll up in a little ball and cry.

We've got a new Staff Member....Now what? how do you get them up to speed quickly!
