Beliefs are an agreement with ourself that something is true. By definition beliefs are an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists. Your beliefs create your identity and your identity shapes the actions you take. But are you aware of your belief system? Most beliefs are programmed from our earliest age and not something that we consciously think of, yet they affects every decision we make.
In this episode, I talk about a recent belief I realized I had that is not true for me anymore, which for me is a paradigm shift. I share my experience with you as we all learn from each other. Please apply this information in a way that best serves you.
